Q-card Expander/Switcher (?)

i own an Alesis S4+ rack mount synth module. it has ONE expansion (PCMCIA) slot on the front panel for the insertion of the Alesis series of Q-Cards. i have five or six Q-cards in my posession. i really like this synth and its expansion capabilties but i WORRY about constantly inserting the expansion cards into the available slot on the S4+. i would LOVE to build a device that could house all my Q-cards AND (with the twist of a dial or flip of a switch) "enable" a Q-card for use in the S4+. i guess i'm looking to assemble a PCMCIA card "patchbay" or "switcher/router". has anyone heard of such a device? is it feasible? could i build one? i don't mind CONSTANTLY switching Q-cards but i DO fear that EVENTUALLY i'll damage the unit by bending some pins due to card misalignment or something. any advice would be appreciated. cheers.
