Reaper with Firestudio + Firestudio + ART Digital MPA

I'm doing some experimenting with my existing Firestudio and ART Digital MPA. The output of the DMPA is going into the SPDIF input of the Fierstudio. I get the DMPA to show up just fine in the Firestudio Control Panel and can monitor it through the speakers, so, all appears to be well. When I go to Reaper and create a new track the SPDIF inputs to the Firestudio don't show up (nor do the ADAT inputs). Mono input shows Mic/Line 1-8 ONLY, with none of the other inputs appearing in Reaper. The problem is that I have another Firestudio arriving next week that I would also like to incorporate into my existing Firestudio using ADAT and the ADAT inputs aren't showing in Reaper either. Any suggestions? How do I get the other inputs to show up in Reaper? I suspect I am missing something in the settings in playing around with Reaper (or the Firestudio control panel).
