Ok. Total dumbshit question.

How does this work. I wanna buy a cd and the goof won't accept a cash or credit card. Only pay pal.

So i signed up and haven't got a clue how to use it? It says i got 0 balance. But signed up with my credit card. So whats up.

Do i just click the send money option? and go with the flow or am i missing something...
