Online song file storage?

Since I'm not currently trying to market my songs, maybe this is the wrong forum for this question. If so, I apologize, but I don't see a better location.

I'd like to get some recommendations for an online storage site where I could store 5 or 10 mp3 files of original songs just so I can share them with friends via email and/or Facebook links. I'd prefer a site that wouldn't require my friends to register in order to listen to my songs. Any suggestions, or does everyone just make videos now and post them on YouTube?

well there is always MySpace or Facebook. which most people have now.

check this link for several free storage sites. most give you 1 gig of space. but for 5-10 songs that's plenty of room.

let me know if i helped at all.

I like MediaFire.com

Don't need an account if you don't want one (though there are free accounts that are pretty well-featured). The only downside is that spammers farm their site for email addresses, so use a dummy email address when you're making your account.

I know it does not meet your criteria, but I've been pushing for last.fm, even set up a group for homerecording.com artists, so we can all help each other get into the rotation, http://www.last.fm/group/HomeRecording.com.

Doesn't Facebook have a thing going with Reverbnation? I was looking at that last night, but didn't sign up.

You can also start a Soundclick page and then in Facebook, make a link to it.
