change defaults for track fades
Recent convert to Reaper (from PT) after Digi bricked my interface. I love it more all the time, especially since I found out about Bootsy!
So, noob question: Whenever I slice a track, I get that nifty little red curve on the end, a fade in or out. I don't mind it normally, but I'm recording some precision guitars today and I don't want it. The only way I can figure out to get rid of it is to right-click on the segment and go into 'itm properties.' Is there a way to just change project defaults so I never see that little red curve in the first place and don't have to tediously change each of hundreds of little segments? Thanks for any help. |

options preferences project defaults. You can set the auto fae in/out to 0 or any value you want
