MIDI MY MPC2000xl to cool edit pro

I'm trying to midi my MPC2000xl to cool edit pro so I can trigger the MPC from cool edit. Any help APPRECIATED!!!!!

Can Cool Edit pro send MIDI?

It does'nt say much about midi even in the manual.

If the manual doesn't mention MIDI that probably means it doesn't have MIDI.

So, instead tell us what you want to accomplish and why. There is always a way.

The manual does mention midi, it just does'nt go into depth with it. I want to be able to record all my tracks seperate on cool edit pro but I need all the sounds on time. With midi I used to do this on my vs1680. Any help appreciated.....

Mentioning MIDI doesn't mean it has MIDI support. I still don't think it can sequence MIDI. Its a sound editor, not a sequencer...
