Need Urgent Help with Lexicon Alpha Loud Hiss!!

Okay im Having a problem with my Lexicon Alpha when it Come to recording on any software including windows Sound Recorder. My Interface is Making a Loud Hissing sound when i Press record even if im not speaking and i just press record you can see the hissing sound being recorded..the hiss is too loud for me to do anything but when i move the alpha around a lil the hissing sound goes down then goes back up like theres something wrong inside of the interface...Please help im trying to record my mixtape and this is really Messing me up

Are you using Adobe audition as your Digital audio editor? If yes, then you can go to Effects --> NOise reduction --> Hiss reduction --> select standard first.

Do not forget to backup your original audio file when editing audio files.
