Sonar 7 Producer( I can't assign my effects)

I'm trying to assign my effects to a track and the option is shaded not allowing me to click on it. Any suggestions on what to do? The help menu is not helping!

If you right-click in the FX area of the track, is the option available in the drop down menu?

Were you able to assign FX previously?

Have you done anything different (hardware upgrades, config modifications, ASIO to WDM, etc)? It seems odd that the option would just go away...?

Normally, it's because there's no audio selected, but if you're right-clicking in the track, that would obviously select it...

Maybe try deleting your 'aud.ini' file or running wave profiler (or both).
