i was wondering what effects these guys used

im sorry if im in the wrong place but yea, im a rapper and on my mic i dont put any effects cause im still on the learning stage in adobe audition and cakewalk. i was wondering if you guys could hear what effects they might used to make their vocals sound so nice like that. heres the song. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TX93379kGpM

They double tracked. They record it once, and then recorded it again.

okay does anyone know how to double track it perfectly? like second track lower volume? stereo panned to neither side? stereo delay? i need help quick, thanks guys. im also using adobe audition.

I think they were just good at double tracking. It takes a while to get it right. Another thing you can try is duplicating the track, then VERY VERY VERY slightly de-tuning parts of the copied track. You should de-tune some parts more than others... That might not be the sound you want, but it might work. I've never done it, so try it and tell me how it goes.
