Mixing Down from Analog 4-Track to PC?

Anyone know how to do this? I have a Tascam 424 and Cakewalk Home Studio 2004. Thanks.

basically you plug the outs of your tape deck (or mixer), to the ins of your sound card. play the tape-check the levels a bit, then record on your pc the playback of the tape once you have a good signal going in.
