need help getting started

sorry for posting in this section but i wasn't sure if it would ever get answered in the newbie section so jus please bare with me. ok so my band and i will be looking into recording ourselves shortly and i just want to make sure i have the basics first as to what all i will need. so heres a list of what i already know i'll need so just fill me in on the rest or suggestions for specific equipment that you've found to be of good quality thank you

Drum mics
kick mic
snare mic (top and bottom)
tom mics
overhead mics

Vocals
Condensor mic

Computer
(in this case a macbook) with an extra external harddrive

Software
(m-powered pro tools)

Audio interface
(M-audio fast track usb 2.0)
