REAPER stubbord or me stupid?

Hey guys quick question for those who use REAPER. When I try to edit a small area it will not let me. It has like a minimum "cell" that I can edit and nothing smaller. If I want to edit a millisecond I cannot, which leads to problems I can't get rid of. Is there anything I can do to edit freely? Thanks!

Did you turn off grid snapping? That should do the trick, if I understand your problem correctly.
