CEP 1.2 session to Audition 1.5

I have a session in my old computer recorded with CEP 1.2, I want to transfer that session to my new computer and open it in Audition 1.5. I'd rather not record it from computer to computer. Any ideas of the best way to do this?

Thanks.....Lee.

I forgot to mention that my old computer does not have a USB port (it's REALLY old!).

Load Adobe 1.5, then open the session from CEP. Adobe carried over the .ses format when they bought Cool Edit Pro from Syntrillium; with AA 2.0 they changed the format. Newer versions of AA will open older versions of CEP sessions, but they convert them to the new format, and can't be converted back. That's one of the reasons I use AA 1.5.

Ooops. Missed that part. Burn the entire song file (the session folder and associated files) onto a CD, then open it on the other machine from the CD player. If the first computer is so old it doesn't have a CD burner, you can buy a USB card to install in one of the slots on the back, and that's less expensive than installing a CD burner.

You might get by with a floppy, but then more likely, your NEW computer doesn't have a floppy drive.
