EMX 5016 compression
I recently purchased a Yamaha EMX 5016 powered mixer and the one-knob compression has me a bit confused. I get this loud pop/bang noise come through the speakers and I've been able to work out it's the compressor causing this.
I've read the manual but it tells you very little in regards to what might be a good default setting. It's a great mixer and can handle big rooms but I'm just a bit worried about using the compressor until I understand it a bit better. |
