Discmakers Artwork Templates

Anybody have any experience with the discmakers artwork templates and submissions when running an album for replication? I have the templates they provided and had to download quarkxpress (the free trial) to open them up. Im not a graphics guy and understand little about it. Im just having a hard time pulling things together on here, making sure things are 300dpi when they're only 72 and all that stuff. Are there people on here that do it for a fee? I have the photos and know how i want the layout, it's just the technical aspect that is alluding me.

from what i remember, the templates are designed for photoshop or illustrator-type programs. i'm not familiar with quark...
