noise gate suggestions
can anyone suggest a good rackmount noisegate for under $400 ?
im not looking for a combo with noise gate im looking for just a rackmount noisegate unit thanks

Check out the Rolls RP252.
It works great for my needs and under your budget. It's a two channel, XLR, or 1/4" input. Has compressor/limiter function as well.  I also have the previous version of the dBx 1074, 4 channel noise gate which is great. The current 1074 model has XLR capablity whereas mine is strictly 1/4".
