What setting is being used for this vocoder?

It's a song by Drake called "Best I Ever Have". I'd like to know how he has the vocoder set up to get that effect and how to achieve that sound. Let me know.

While this answer may be funny, I'm sure you'd appreciate a serious answer. After listening to that track several times I'm pretty sure the setting on the vocoder is right about 42 (give or take). See if that at least gets you close.
