Quick way to check mix in MONO

Hi all.
Just wondering if there is a quick way to play back a mix in mono?
other than panning everything to one side.
Is there something that i can click to just listen in mono??
Using sonar 7 btw.
Cheers.
Sion.

Have everything routed through a master bus (rather than going straight to the hardware output) - this is how most people mix and is in the default project template anyway, so you probably already have it all running through a master bus!

Above the pan, mute and solo buttons on the master bus (in the mixer window) there should be a yellow-ish lit button that looks a bit like the one circled in this picture...

Click it, and that will toggle it to mono. Click it again to go back to stereo.
