Need Help Track Sequencing

Wanted to know if there is a plug in needed, or if this can be done without one....We have a release want to put together. Using Adobe Audition 1.5, but wanted to know about track sequencing.

In that we mean, this....Let's say an LP has 15 songs and 5 interludes. If you want to have the last part of a song "bleed" into an interlude, how can you do that. So that when you are playing it on a CD, during the "bleed" transition it goes from track 14 to 15?.....I've seen this on CUBASE a long time ago, but wanted to know if the feature was on Adobe....I don't see anywhere how you can control where, or how songs will play.

Any suggestions?

Hi,

You might want to do your whole tracklist in the multitrack view.

Use one track to do all your order of the tracks and fades and.......
When you are satisfied with the "playlist" just select the regions you want to define as a track and hit F8.
Go to your Cue List (Alt+8) and make these regions track markers (under type/track).
When done, goto Edit/Mix to CD Project ...... Edit the pauses between the tracks and burn !

Well my english isnt that good hope you understand what I mean !!!

Changing Track Pause Times

Dirk your a good man...Don't worry about your English...Your directions were good enough...I just played around with it for the last hour and filled the gaps....Thank you so much for the help!!...

The only problem I have is when I tried to change/Edit the Track pauses between tracks, on the CD Burn screen, the "pause times" is greyed out...I don't see how to alter that?...Was I supposed to hit on something else?

Hi,
No problem !

Just double klick on one Track and switch to user defined settings...
Now you should be able to edit pauses for each track.
Or read the manual :-)
