Direct Outputs
Somone local is selling an old Soundcraft Spirit Live 24 ch mixer - Supposedly with routing problems and unreliable LR out and 2 dead chanels. As far as i know, the model doesn't have direct outs, but if i dismantled it somwhat could i route the pre outputs to a TS socket and just use the preamps? Note that the price is (understandably) very low!

You could just use the inserts for a line out by only putting the plug in halfway.
