Very simple question - remove 4-bar

Hello everyone
I'm new to Sonar 7.
and when i go to record something, I hear a four bar beat (this isn't recorded in the recording). I just want to stop it from playing cause it's annoying and I don't need it.

Thanks
audiogirl

cobb is on a distinguished road
I think it may be your metronome which is usually set to click on record by default. Go to Options -> Project (I think) and untick it.
