just wondering if i can find some for mac os 10.4.8, i have an intel processor.

I don't know what version mac 10.4.8 is as I've never used a mac. However here's a link to a couple of decent free plugins available for the mac os.

i use protools on a mac, so i guess anyplug-ins that are compatible with macs.

you'll need to get RTAS plugins, they are the only plugin format that will work for Pro Tools without additional software.

If you can get it to work, soundhack is either free or has some free stuff that is pretty good quality. Of course, I work on a pc, so i wouldn't know too much. You can always check KVR.
