Tascam 424 MK2

I have had stored away the Tascam 424MK2 Portastudio for a long time and getting ready to mess with it again. Being studio and computer stupid, has anyone figured a way to connect to computer? If so, what is the best program to use with it?

depends on what you wanna do...
1.stereo mix from the porta to 'puter?
2.getting all 4 tracks out of the porta to the computer?

for the first thing:get a chinch-headphone-jack-cable and connect from the main out chinch of the porta to the blue line in of your computer and record it with audacity,wavelap,kristal or whatever audio-editing software (audacity is downloadable for free)
