Angled Or Straight?

I'm currently looking to buy a new cabinet for recording, and are angled or straight cabs better for recording, or does it really make no difference at all?

Hi,
I currently have a Marshall angled and straight cab side by side, both are miked with EV308 dynanic mikes. I have a stereo signal coming from 2 Marshall plexis that are fed from a Vox tonelab LE pedalboard. I hear no difference between the 2 cabs when I run a mono signal to them.
