Mutant Gooch
I like the drums, don't know if these are samples, layered sample sor just nice tracking and EQ. Guitars have a nice tone, too. The inly thing that I don;t dig is the clean vocal parts... sometimes I hear off-tune phrases. In the other hand, the high-pitched raspy voice it's better for the song. What if you try recording all the track wit that voice? Something like the new Arch Enemy. Transmit the dead Clean vocal is in tune now. I'd onlye give the bass a little more definition in order to drive the song. Tell your drummer to spice up the rolls and the kick work. Rememeber how real band do that triplet feeling to harden up some passages of the song or the tom-snare-tom movement to indicate a change. Search for Mike Johnston in YouTube, he ahs nice examples of good linear fills and things like that. Luck
