cf cards.

i'd like some suggestions as to what cf cards to use,
i've read san disk extreme 3 is the best, but then there is ultra, so does it even matter or what?

Presuming you're using something like the DP-02. why not just stick to what is suggested on the list they have?

just wondering because the card that the cf comes with is a plain 1 gb san disk,
and i am going to get 8 gb, then i heard that some cards are garbage for the unit, and when it comes to speed for the units recording power for the best recording quality i read the extreme is the best but im just looking for suggestions on that

Problem with CF card on DP-02CF

Hello there,
just bought a 16 gigs Transcend CF card for my new DP-02CF. Despite this card is listed on the Tascam "official" list of supported cards, it doesn't work on my unit. (It gets stocked on the startup screen). Very frustrating.
Any clue?
Any suggestion on high capacity CF Cards (8 or 16 gigs) that are working flowlessly on the DP-02 CF?
Thank you,
Patrick
