Question Editing an individual waveform in Sonar

Can an Individual wave form be edited,cut, paste,shortened in sonar?
Whats the procedure ?

Looks like no one here has a grip on editing individual tracks in waveform modes such as ,cut ,paste and so forth.Guess I will ask in cakewalk customer support.

It's not a "waveform" editor. You can shorten the clips, pump them up, pad them down, hollow them out with EQ, squish n squash with clipping and compression, some time stretching and what ever else your plug-in's ovver but it's not a waveform editor.
