Help Making Quality Better (Mastering?)

Just a lil something my cuzzo recorded & Im just wondering would if be worth it to get songs like these mastered. These aren't meant to be sold, and aren't going to get master, but songs of this quality would getting them mastered be super significant or slight.

BTW cause he's only 15 so you know $$$ is kinda a issue. They're recording at a home studio with a
Boss BR-1600CD
Studio Projects VTB-1 Preamp
MXL 770 Microphone
And a stupid pop filter that they only brought because it was golden, lol

As you can see the quality is pretty good for some Jerzy kids who know nothing about sound, just a love for music. So if you have any ideas that can help them get better quality or music let me know (cheapest options 1st, lol)

if your not going to market your music and its just for fun then NO!!! spending the money on something to mastered that isn't going to be marketed is a waste.. IMHO..


and plus with the Boss BR-1600CD you can get a decent mix out the box if you recorded everything clear..

it is going to be marketed, but mixtapes so most will be for free or very cheap.

i dont think i would put $ into mastering songs for the sake of mastering them . . . if your not going to push them for some loot . . . if its just some underground type ish for pass out . . . as long as the recording levels are close . . i think you'd be ok . . .

now on HOP OUT THE WHIP . . . i would add a few more layers to the hook for a double effect . . but thats just me . . . some folk cant stand the double but i like it personally . . .

the addiction joint has a nice flow to it . .. and obviously that beat is a blaze! so folk a really listen to it . .
