im looking to get a ground control pro (big footboard) theyre 400 new. i can get one NEW IN BOX thats a couple years old, for 300. is that a good deal?

Used gear usually sells for HALF of it's street price (NOT MSRP) when it was new. I'd offer him $200 and go to $250 if he balks.
