KRK's and Korg R-3 keyboard

I always have figured that if I need a controller, then let me have one with a little extra going on: I am in need of some cash and have an R-3 along with a pair of KRK 8's. The monitors have never been used, but I have played with the R-3 for a total of about one hour. Neither of these items has left my home since I purchased them in July of 2008.
The KRK's cost me $249 each, and I will part with the pair for $225.
I am not sure about my cost on the R-3; I will sell it for $200.

I have listed a mike on another thread: it's a NT2A, which is a large diaphram microphone that lists for about $700, and sells for $400 at the large retailers.
I will sell this mike for $150. It has never been used; never been attached to a cable. I have included an excellent cable with it.
