Ramsa WR-S208 mixer?

Has anyone here ever heard of a "Ramsa WR-S208" 8 channel mixer? It looks nice. But Ive never heard of the name. Anyone got any info on it?

RAMSA is a division of Panasonic. They're not too bad.

They do make descent stuff. The only thing is its hard to tell if that mixer is made for recording or live stuff.
If it has tape returns and direct outs that would be nice.
One other mixer that same seller has is this one.

I have that mixer and they are nice units but dont have phantom power.
