Please Help me Recover My tracks!!!

I was working with a band this past weekend and after doing most of the mixing on of the files i was working on got a bit to big and starting cracking skipping popping what have you. So i decided to open up the pool and delete the trash. Turns out it deleted all 7 drum tracks for about 9 songs!!! Nothing is in the recycle bin and it tells me that the files were erased from the hard disk. But obviously no files is every truely deleted, it just appears to be by making its space available. If anyone know how to dig up these files and restore these tracks please help!

Any advice at all is greatly appreciated

THanks,
-Barrett

Hmmm, did you look in the Audio folder where you saved the project?

If not, you could try some data recovery files....assuming the blocks have not been saved over yet, they will still be there.
