Midi Merge Recording and Playback
Hello,
I've been away from the forums a while - new baby, cross country move, new job. Finally, I have recently had a chance to get into the basement and fire up the DAW. Anyway, when I lay down drum tracks, I like to layer different parts with the merge feature. For some reason, I can't see the first layers - only the most recent layer layed down. All the layers still play back. But....when I go to cut and paste, it only takes the layer that I can see. I'm sure this is the easiest fix ever, but I can't seem to figure it out. Thanks, JD |
