Well, being the musician and engineer is some stressful work. I've been working on a new album and about a year ago got a hold of some new recording stuff. I've read many books, websites, magazines and still can get that true studio sound. I don't know if it has to do with that fact I used my electric Roland TD-9 drum kit instead of my Tama Rockstar DX acoustic kit. The mix just sounds so thin. Here's the song...It's called "The One".
The site URL is located on my profile, (You are only allowed to post URLs to other sites after you have made 5 posts or more.). Not cool man. Well, if this work. myspace. com and /monochromeca Used in recording - Firepod Recordering Interface - Cubase SX Software - Boss GT-6 guitar effects processor - Digitech BP200 Bass effects processor Used in mix - Cubase SX Software - Compressed The Vocal tracks - Messed with the track levels. Used in mastering - Cubase SX Software - Timeworks Mastering EQ VST plug-in |

I think it's very cool. It reduces the amount of people who will come in here to post links to their music and get free help while contributing absolutely nothing to the community. It's called give and take.
