There should be a grace period or a fib in the time limit thing. Instead of saying "This forum requires 30 seconds between posts. Please try again in 2 seconds," if it's less than five, just let it go already.

Done like that for a reason. To stop multiple bot spamming and slow down mischievous troll's from hijacking any board they like. I know it's a fast and furious world but 30 seconds, heck I think I can wait.

I don't mind waiting at all. I just hate getting "Wait 2 seconds" because it took longer than that to tell me. I don't mind getting 7 or 12 or 15. So a five second grace period. It's OK if it lies to me and never says anything less than 6.
