Does anyone know??

Hey Guys,
i Just got an old Tascam 144 and it looks to be in great shape except for the motor seems burnt/in need of replacement. I'm gonna restore it by following Dr Zee examples!! I have an extra 244 parts machine and was wonderiing if anyone knew if the 244 motor would fit the 144? Their only a few years apart so maybe they use the same motor part?? Also, was wondering if anyone has a copy of the 144 user manual that'd be great. Thanks Fellas,
