Need Help Setting Up Audiofire 12!

Ok guys, im new to this forum, and i have a real n00b question here. i would greatly appreciate any help.

After about a year of recording with my line6 toneport UX2, i have decided to begin constructing my first "real" studio. I have picked out many of the other components i will be using, but my question lies with the Echo Audiofire 12.
I chose the 12 for the ability to record at 192/24, with its low price. My question, however, is the set-up process.
With my toneport, i had L/R monitor outputs and a headphone output built into the interface. The Audiofire, however features neither of these. Now for the n00b question to end them all: Where do i plug in my monitors and headphones?
i am aware that you have to use an external preamp and mixer, i am just looking for a "how-to" of sorts.
Any help?

Active (powered) Monitors can be plugged directly into Line out jacks 1 and 2. Passive Monitors or Headphones will require an amplifier to pump up the line out signal.
