The acoustic in the left channel sounds boxy and direct inserted. Have you tried to mic it? It also sounds like you eq'd all the lows out of it.

Performance-wise, this ain't my cup of tea, but the singing sounds genuine and heartfelt. It's just that acoustic guitar that is ruining it for me.

Put a little more make up gain in the compression on your vocal. At times the guitar washes it out and I can't make out anything you are singing.

hey rokket! thank you for taking the time to listen to it... I will definitely go and try to fix it... What i found was the i mixed it on speakers... then when i went to listen to it on a lower quality speaker system like a laptop, i couldnt hear the vocals as well as i did when i mixed it! Im learning! hehe thank you again
