Wharfedale SPX613 or Behringer PMP5000?

Hi, i´m just about to buy a Powered mixer. (for live shows and some recordings too, primary acustic).
There are two that I can get...
The Wharfedale SPX 613 or the Behringer Europower PMP 5000.
So here is the cuestion... wich do you think it´s better???
As I don´t have a good Idea they´re tellin me "this one, no this one!"
Any help would be appreciated!
J.
PS: another thing... do I need, or is it much better, a mixer with 2 graphic EQ? 1 for main output and another for monitors? or can I handle that with just 1 Graphic EQ?
Thanks a lot!
