fiberglass cubicle panels
I did a search already on cubicle panels. I'm aiming for acoustical treatment (not isolation i know). There's this place getting rid of cubicle panels for free, they have a whole lot of them (office building closed down).
I took a look: layer 1: cloth 2: fiberglass 3: heavy cardboard 4: fiberglass 5: cloth The threads I read said cubicle panels are only a good starting point, sounded like they're not too useful.... But these are fiberglass... should I try to get as many as I can? |

I would. Worst thing that can happen is you sell them all for a few bucks apeice if they're not useful. And who knows? They may work well for you.

so the fiberglass is not the new highly dense 70? type. It's the kind that was made in the 70's.
I think I'm going to get rid of them now, because I heard cubicles from that period had loads of chemicals? |

cubicle panels work fine.
I helped set up a project studio with them. Plus they are cheap! C>

I still kick myself for not picking up a bunch of them at work.
