tapco mix vs Phonic AM

i have a few gear (korg electribe emx,alesis micron,tr-606,2 decks and numark dxm 06 mixer) my sound card is a E-mu 0404 Pci . 'im looking for a low budget mixer to hookup all my gear together.i live in brazil any audio gears here is too expensive i was looking for mackie vlz series , but its too expensive them i found some cheap mixers by tapco(mix series 100,120) and by phonic(AM240d) , anyone can tell which is one is better? which one has the better overall sound quality etc...
