Are you serious? That is the most boring drum pattern Ive ever heard. It seems pretty simple to me. Sit down and figure it out.

This is a very simple pattern. He varies it occasionally, but the gist is this:

hat hat hat hat hat hat hat hat
kick snare kick kick snare

where the hats are on each 8th note.

[edit] I can see that the formatting is not coming out right, so here it is another way:

beat:

1 = hat and kick
1 + = hat
2 = hat and snare
2+ = hat
3 = hat and kick
3 + = hat and kick
4 = hat and snare
4 + = hat

i play guitar but don't play the drums. i've been studying the drum machine manual and listening to that song about a 100 time. i just needed a little knudge in the right direction.

thanks
