Dont know what to buy between M-audio projectmix or Digi 002 control surface??

Dont know what kind of control surface to buy, between M-audio project mix I/0 or Digi 002 control surface. i know that both of them have an interface built into them but not really sure which one to buy.

I would definitely go with the Project Mix I/O. I have it with pro tools m-powered and i love it. Its much cheaper than the digi 002 and the mic pres are the same. Also a major plus is the the project mix has 8 mic/line imputs where as the digi only has 4 mic 8 lines. Also, there are many other i/o boxes you can purchase if u want to travel and record such as the fasttrack pro with 4 mic/line imputs. On the other hand, if u get the digi 002 factory bundle you get some extra plug ins that will help you make better music. All in all i have never regretted getting the project mix i/o. I love it. Hope that helped.

Matt

I'd be interested to hear any other opinions on the subject as well. Right now I'm planning on getting the Project Mix unless someone can make a convincing case for the Digi.
