ANOTHER MIDI question...
first of all thanks for you all who answered my question below. but now i have another problem...when i perform on the keyboard and i record the Midi data, it plays back in weird timing, like the timing is off and some notes play to fast and some too slow...as if a four year old were banging on a keyboard or something. and i know i play better than a four year old...what am i doing wrong?

you're probably experiencing a midi delay and this could be due to the quality of the midi in/out ports or poor cables or cable length.

Check your input quantization... try that. Or your soundcard latency?
