Inexpensive woofer isolation
Anyone got any tips for inexpensive subwoofer isolation?

Are you trying to isolate it from the structure or keep the sub sound in the room in general and not bother people outside? Keeping it from physically rattling the structure can be accomplished relatively easily. The other takes a full blown construction project.

Just monitor isolation like how you'd put the auralex foam pads under your monitors. I've heard of guys saying put a bunch of blankets under it but it looks like I put a bunch of blankets under it and it's not that sturdy. Still kinda new to studio setup. Hope it's not a dumb question.

If that's all you're looking for, try some 703 or mineral wool with 3/4" plywood on top of it and set the sub on that.
