Another Midi Routing Question
I don't have any of this hardware yet, but I am thinking about how I would hook it up.
I want to hook up a AW1600 (in and out/thru) with a Yamaha Motif ES6 (in, out and thru) and a Roland TD9-Sx vdrum set (in and out/thru). I want to be able to record the drums into the sequencer on the es6 and also have the es6 sequencer send midi data to trigger audio samples in the td9. I think I am going to have to get a midi merger of some sort, but I don't know where to split the signal. I believe the aw1600 is the only one capable of sending mtc. thanks in advance scott |
