RK-40 tape (Scotch or Basf): anyone knows it ?
Hello,
I got a number of RK-40 pancakes recorded some 30 years ago. These are Scotch / Basf (can' recall the right one as writing this) and I wanted to know how good they are, they will develop stickiness or if the oxyde turns into powder, etc. I checked the two AES tables for BASF and other tapes but this RK40 type doesn't exist there. Thanks, David.
