Teac 80-8 belt problem
I have an 80-8 that's been in storage for 10 years.
When I hit play, the left reel turns, the capstan turns, but the right reel doesn't. I see a belt on the left and a belt capstan. I don't see a belt on the right. Does anybody know if there should be a belt on the right reel? |

No ma'am
You say the left one turn but not the right one, no there is not supposed to be a belt on the right, just the left. I have the same machine
http://www.unsigned.com/studiosix but i would suggest looking into another motor or just take it out and clean it or take a look inside it really might be inside the motor. |
