Don't Let this section Die

I was just tinkering around with my next DIY project so I tossed a few things in a box to see how they fit.

The 2 mic pre on the left are Great River MP2. The 2 on the right are left as a puzzle. I'll most likely post progress photos of them as time goes by.

Regards, Ethan

Jensen

They are Jensen JE-16B. I picked them up in a group of 5 for $50. The JE-16B is an earlier version of the JT-16B ( pre new minding machine I hear).

That's a good find. I need to start going to garage sales. I never find cool stuff like that.

Those are the Mnats version of the Jensen 990. So, in a way they are old even if I built them last year.

Oh yeah I recognize them now. The ones he supplies the inductors with the PCB right?

I was gonna order those before I decided to go with the Blokes. Which I still haven't found time to build up yet...

Ah , those inductors and how to wind them.
