Echoes22 is on a distinguished road
using SiR in ProTools

Hi there, n00b here...
So I bought myself FXPANSION's converter and my first step was going to be upgrading the D-verb to SiR.... So I converted SiR1 VST into a RTAS and it doesn't show up in the Audiosuite drop down or the Inserts menu. What do I have to do to use SiR after converting it? What am I missing here? I also tried converting some other free Auto-Filter VST and can't see it in ProTools. I am sure there is something simple I am missing as I am completely new to this.

Thanks so much for any help.

well, first it's not going to show up in your Audio Suite menu because they are RTAS plugs now...not Audio Suite plugs.

look under stereo audio tracks too. A reverb is a stereo effect, so check under stereo plugins.
I can't remember for sure where it's at, but I have SIR and it works fine for me
